Snowsport England
Snowsport England (SSE) is the governing body for English snow
sports. Its main website relating to Nordic skiing is:
www.snowsportengland.org.uk/activities_cross_country-71.html
In Scotland the governing body is
Snowsport Scotland. Unfortunately it is not able to devote
significant resources to Nordic skiing. The same is true of
Snowsport Wales.

Cross-country ski clubs
There are clubs in many parts of the UK. Most try
to cater for all levels of ability, and their programme often includes
country walks and social evenings as well as skiing (and roller-skiing
events). For a list of the main clubs visit our eCommunity at:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/xcuk
and see the posting of 23 April 2006.
