Autumn boot camp

Based at our Dalseter hotel this course is mainly intended as a fitness kick-start for skiers before the winter snows arrive. But it is also suitable for anyone who wants to tone up generally. Be warned, however, that it will be a full-on week, with a lot of work at moderate intensities, so it is only suitable for people who are already taking regular exercise and have a reasonable level of basic fitness.

The daily programme will look like this:
- Pre-breakfast aerobic circuit training
- Long morning walk in hills
- Afternoon strength circuit or Nordic walking intervals
- Evening - relax!

The hotel will provide a normal meal service - it`s not a week of cabbage soup - but you should still be able to shed a few pounds if you work hard.
You need to bring walking boots and outdoor clothing as well as trainers and light tracksuits (or equivalent).

Prices are per adult on a twin-share basis and include flights from London.
Reduction for no flights: - ₤200.

Supplement for south-facing room: 50 per person per week
