Dalseter track groups
There is a very wide variety of tracks in easy reach.
Those just to the north of our hotel are mainly quite gentle, especially
the wide Peer Gynt Loipe. From these tracks you can link with more
challenging routes that go over the flanks of Ruten or down to the lake
that fills the Espedalen valley. On the far side of the lake is a fine
network of tracks at all levels of difficulty, from an easy trail that
follows the lake`s north shore to a high-mountain loipe that climbs over
rolling ridges at 1300m.
Throughout the week we will use track skis without metal edges.
