Sjusjøen Classic Workshop

In this course, which is aimed at skiers with good experience, the focus is on improving your classic technique. In daily morning sessions with our instructor you will work intensively on basic posture, weight transfer, timing, poling and double-pole and kick. Waxing for grip and glide will also be covered.

In the afternoons we will have tours over mixed terrain - a chance for you to practise your new skills or just enjoy the scenery. Hire of standard recreational track skis is included.

Before joining this workshop you already need to have at least two weeks’ good experience of track skiing. You should be able to cope with undulating ground even if conditions are icy.
