Ski and PT
The "PT" stands for Personal Training. And this course,
in which the ski instructor is also a personal trainer, is a very good
choice for people who want to use a skiing holiday to kick-start or
boost their fitness.
There will be individual fitness assessments, as well as
group and one-to-one advice on how to set and achieve fitness goals.
There will be short instruction sessions in the hotel’s weights room.
And we will also talk about nutrition - we will ask you to submit a
week-long food diary about a month before your course starts.
Plus - of course - there will be a lot of good
cross-country skiing. Each day we will start skiing after breakfast and
stay out till mid-afternoon. The skiing will be at about our Level 2, so
you should already have at least a couple of weeks’ experience.
